The text of the article should be prepared in Microsoft Word, PDF or LaTex formats. All source codes should be sent together with the PDF or EPS of the text. Figures should be prepared as separate files, preferably in Encapsulated Post Script (EPS) or TIFF formats. It is also the author's responsibility to ensure that the article is the correct length, avoiding excessive space in figures and ensuring correct numbering of equations. Submission implies that the manuscript has not been published previously, and is not currently submitted for publication elsewhere.
