《Journal of Computer Science and Technology》是是中国计算机学会会刊, 由中国科学院计算技术研究所承办，是中国计算机科学技术领域国际性学术期刊。 《Journal of Computer Science and Technology》于1986 年创刊, 双月刊, 国内外公开发行, 由Springer Science + Business Media代理国际出版发行。 《Journal of Computer Science and Technology》由数十位国际计算机界的著名专家和学者联袂编审，把握世界计算机科学技术最新发展趋势。JCST荟萃了国内外计算机科学技术领域中有指导性和开拓性的学术论著，定期组织热点专辑或专题栏目，部分文章邀请了世界著名计算机科学专家撰写。 《Journal of Computer Science and Technology》由2000年以来连续三届或国家自然科学重点学术期刊基金资助2006年选入中国科协精品科技期刊工程B类，连续三年获得资助、2002年被评为国家自然科学基金重点学术期刊、该刊已被SCIE、Ei、美国数学文摘、INSPEC、Computer Abstract、德国数学文摘、日本科技文献速报、俄罗斯文摘杂志、DBLP等国际重要检索系统收录。

1.JCST publishes three types of papers: Regular Paper (Its length is not seriously limited.), Correspondence (about 10 typewritten pages), and Note (not more than 5 typewritten pages). For all manuscripts submitted to this journal , a list of 2--5 keywords and an abstract of 100--200 words are required. 2.Electronic submission is also encouraged. Review management is under the direction of an area editor, who will solicit two reviews for each submission. Often, review process takes around half a year, and the publication process after acceptance can take an additional six months.
